Describe a recent event when you knew you were performing exactly the right job duties at exactly the right place at exactly the right time.
One day, a mother called the clinic very upset because she and her son were walking around lost. I asked the mom to tell me where she was. Once I found out where they were located, I told her to stay put. I then left the office to go find the mom and child, and I personally walked them back to the clinic. At the end of their visit, I walked them back to their car to make sure they didn’t get lost again.
This brought me so much joy. We have all been lost, and it’s always frustrating. I was happy I could help this mother and son in small, but impactful way.
Which Novant Health value do you associate most with while performing your work duties?
