Zero-cost health insurance

You may qualify for free health insurance this year

By signing up to get 2018 health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace, you may be able to get coverage at no cost. Under The Affordable Care Act, a majority of people, especially those who make up to about $48,000 a year, are eligible for some kind of subsidy or credit to offset the costs of enrolling in a health insurance plan.

It’s easy for you to find out if you can get a federal premium subsidy or credits that will cover the entire cost of your monthly premium. Because your eligibility for free health insurance depends on factors like your income, household size, age, location and access to other types of health coverage, we encourage you to visit to see if you qualify.
